Brand Story

The Day 7Swings Began

I didn’t plan to build a period-care brand.

The idea came to me on an ordinary day —
when I noticed Ayesha.

She wasn’t making a scene.
She was sitting quietly, holding her stomach, trying to focus.

I could see it in her face —
the nausea, the headache, the discomfort she didn’t have words for.
Her clothes looked uncomfortable on her.
Her energy was gone.

Someone asked if she was okay.
She smiled and said, “Bas periods hain.”

That sentence stayed with me.

Because I realized how easily we accept pain when it comes to women’s bodies.
Cramps are called normal.
PCOS is ignored.
Mood swings are joked about.
Bone health is postponed.

No one asks how much it hurts.
No one explains why it happens.

Ayesha kept working.
Kept adjusting.
Kept carrying it.

And that’s when it hit me —
this isn’t strength, this is lack of support.

That day, I decided I didn’t want to build just another product.
I wanted to build care.

Care that understands that a woman’s body moves through cycles.
That her brain, hormones, and energy shift every week.
That periods don’t start with bleeding —
they affect her whole life.

7Swings was born from that moment.

A brand built for women like Ayesha.
For the quiet pain.
For the ignored symptoms.
For the days when “adjust kar lo” is the only advice.

7Swings exists to support women through every swing —
from periods to PCOS,
from cramps to long-term health,
from discomfort to dignity.

Because when I saw Ayesha, I understood one thing clearly:
women don’t need to be told to tolerate pain better.

They need better care.

That belief is what 7Swings stands on.
